Formulation: Lyophilized from a solution of 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4.  To reconstitute, add appropriate volume of dIH₂O to reach a final antibody concentration of 1.0mg/mL.

Storage: Store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications: Suggested application and antibody working condition: 

Western blot: 1:5,000 to 1:50,000 dilution.  Fig.1 (see image):  Western blot analysis of human fibrinogen (1.5μg) using anti-human fibrinogen polyclonal antibody.

Indirect ELISA: 1: 200,000 to 1:400,000 dilution for wells coated with 800ng/well antigen. 

Immune-depletion: The antibody can be used for fibrinogen removal from human blood sample using affinity method.
