Description
Recombinant Alkaline Phosphatase from YinjiaBio is derived from the alkaline phosphatase gene of E. coli and expressed in E. coli. It can non-specifically catalyze the dephosphorylation of 5’and 3’ends of DNA and RNA.
- Unit definition: One unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to completely degrade 1 µmol of pNPP in a 1 ml reaction system at 37°C within 1 minute.
- Storage solution: 20 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM MgSO4, 0.1 mM ZnSO4, 120 mM NaCl, pH=7.4.
