Applications:  Suggested application and working condition:  

Western blot: 1:50000 (Antigen: 1.5 μg/Lane); Fig.1 (See image):  Western blot analysis of human serum transferrin (1.5 μg) using anti-human transferrin polyclonal antibody. 

ELISA: 150,000~1:300,000 dilution (Coating antigen: 800 ng/well).    

For immune-depletion, it is used for transferrin removal from test sample using affinity method.
